How to Transfer a Ticket or Update Attendee Info

First open your confirmation email and click "View your ticket" to be taken to the ticket page.

Once you are on the ticket page you can enter in the new ticket holder's information here and click "Transfer Ticket"

Once you click "Transfer Ticket" your original ticket is canceled, a new one is created for the person you transferred it to, and the new attendee receives an email with their eTicket attached.
