How old do you have to be to attend?
Attendees need to be 18+. Identification will need to be provided at check in. There are no instances of chaperones, all attendees must be 18 + on or before the event date.
Do you offer payment plans for tickets?
We offer Shop Pay which allows customers to split your purchase into 4 equal, interest-free payments.
How many tickets are available per event?
The number of tickets sold per event is set by the capacity of the venue(s). Currently this may range from 250 - 500 per event type.
What is the return policy?
Tickets will be nonrefundable.

Merchandise is final sale. No returns, exchanges are allowed. If you item arrives damaged, please contact us.
I can no longer attend, how can I transfer my ticket?
While tickets are nonrefundable, you are able to transfer your ticket to a new guest. Ticket holders are responsible for passing along any necessary event info to the new ticket holder as well as the exchanging of funds.
Tickets may be transferred up to 48 hours before the event.
